BVOF Together at Home: Our sense of community at Blackwater Valley Opera Festival is stronger than ever and we are already planning and looking forward to presenting our opera double bill Gianni Schicchi and Pagliacci as part of our summer Festival from 1 – 7 June 2021. This week we get to enjoy the wonderful Justine Gormley who performs Rachmaninoff’s 4th Musical Moment On Piano.
The BVOF Chorus has worked hard to produce this incredible performance of The Anvil Chorus during this period of self-isolation. We are very proud of our artists and their incredible talents and we wanted to find a way to connect you with them in these difficult times as they isolate at home in Ireland and all over the world. They have begun working virtually to share with you some performances and short videos – their way of bringing BVOF to you in your homes.
