Terms & Conditions – Castlemartyr Resort Prize Draw
- Eligibility: The prize draw is open to all individuals who purchase paid tickets for the 2025 Blackwater Valley Opera Festival between 4th and 28th February 2025 (inclusive).
- Automatic Entry: Every paid ticket booking made within the promotional period is automatically entered into the draw. No additional steps are required.
- Prize: One winner will receive a luxury overnight stay for two at Castlemartyr Resort, including breakfast for two. The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed within the timeframe specified by Castlemartyr Resort.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible bookings after the promotional period ends.
- Notification: The winner will be notified by 7th March 2025 via the email address or phone number provided at the time of booking. If the winner does not respond within seven days, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.
- Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
- Promotional Use: By entering, the winner agrees to allow their name to be used in festival promotional materials related to the competition.
- Organiser’s Rights: Blackwater Valley Opera Festival reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.
