At the Blackwater Valley Opera Festival we are delighted to have had the opportunity to collaborated with the inimitable Eunice Power. Eunice’s first involvement with the festival came in 2011 and has since, on four more occasions, delighted our audiences with her culinary delights.
Eunice’s zealous commitment to using only the best of seasonal Waterford produce, infused with creativity and flair, has garnered Eunice a reputation for being one of the most exceptional and innovative event caterers in Ireland.
2018 saw Eunice and her team push the boundaries of catering even further by serving 2243 guests an elegant 3 course gala dinner in just 1.5 hours in the 3Arena which was a spectacular event.
Eunice’s passion for great food will also see her open a gourmet takeaway in Dungarvan in March.
