We are delighted to announce that tickets for the Blackwater Valley Opera Festival 2021 are now on sale. The Festival features 18 events over 5 days, including concerts, recitals and our opera for this year Puccini’s comedic masterpiece Gianni Schicchi.
2021 Festival highlights include our first ever series of free lunchtime recitals, BVOF Open Air. They are the perfect opportunity to enjoy a flavour of the Festival in an outdoor setting. We are also excited to include a range of Bursary Recitals, featuring winners from the RDS Collins Memorial Recital, Irish Heritage Award and BVOF Bursary.
The safety and comfort of our audiences and artists remains our priority and we are adhering to the latest national public health guidelines at all times. New seating plans have been created to respond to social distancing requirements, which means we have restricted seating capacities this year. Tickets for some events have sold out, however, we still have seats available for a number of events. Early booking is advisable.
