Book gourmet table picnics for pre-opera dining at Lismore Castle or concerts at Dromore Yard, as part of Blackwater Valley Opera Festival 2026. Eamo & Ró return with a selection of Gourmet Table Picnics in the grounds of Lismore Castle, and Mezze Table Picnics at Dromore Yard. A selection of fine wines and champagne can be pre-ordered online and will be ready for your arrival
Bar and picnic access opens 90 minutes before each concert and closes 30 minutes prior to the performance. On Sunday 31 May, the bar will reopen at 4.30pm between the afternoon and evening concerts.
Bring Your Own Picnic (BYOP)
Book a spot at Dromore Yard and picnic in comfort before the concert of your choice – a seated area in an out-building in the old yard to enjoy your own picnic.
Drinks are available from the bar. Limited seating. Bring Your Own Picnic (BYOP) is €10 per person and is only available at Dromore Yard.
