Book gourmet table picnics for pre-opera dining at Lismore Castle or concerts at Dromore Yard, as part of Blackwater Valley Opera Festival 2025. Discover the art of alfresco dining as part of your festival hospitality experience, with Eamo & Ró returning to Lismore Castle with their selection of two Gourmet Table Picnics, and Mezze introducing a new Gourmet Table Picnic at Dromore Yard. A selection of fine wines and champagne is available to pre-order online and will be ready for your arrival on the evening of your choice. For added convenience, a bar will be available at the Lismore Castle Hospitality Village.
Bring Your Own Picnic (BYOP)
You are very welcome to pre-book and bring your own picnic before each of our concerts at Dromore Yard. Book a spot in one of the outhouses at Dromore Yard with seats and chairs, so you can picnic in comfort. Limited seating – please book in advance. Bring Your Own Picnic (BYOP) is charged at €10 per person and is only available at Dromore Yard. For Dromore Yard events, please be aware that there will be no bar at the venue. A selection of fine wines and champagne is available to pre-order online only and must be arranged in advance to ensure your refreshments are ready for your arrival.
