Rose has worked in some of the most renowned restaurants internationally, her aim was to learn from the best in the field. She ran the kitchen of a 1 Michelin starred restaurant, De Wulf.
Her work then veered towards building connections with farmers and producers, and also focused on research and development along side the micro-biology department of Antwerp university, which, gave rise to new ideas and a new focus on the health benefits of fermented foods and the sourcing of nutrient rich produce.
Over the last 2 years Rose has developed a more sustainable approach to life in the food sector, including the development of 4Hands Food Studio in order to channel all of her knowledge, expertise and passion down the right path.
